Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Subscription Orders

Snail Mail Sticker Club subscriptions are dispatched once per month. Billing occurs on the same date each month as the original sign-up date unless the subscription is paused or cancelled prior to renewal.

Shipping Method

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Delivery Estimates (UK)

Royal Mail 2nd Class typically delivers within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Mail

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK), please contact me at vikkiprints.official@gmail.com so I can assist you. I am always happy to help resolve any delivery concerns.
